Viewed a property a couple of weeks ago. We completed an application form on the spot with details of job descriptions, salary, move in dates etc. before leaving the property we agreed for a call back at 11am the following day however, since then we’ve had radio silence and no one from Belvoir has bothered to contact us. Very disappointing service and would not recommend using them as an estate agent.
Brought my house through Belvoir recently and like any house buying process it was not easy but Belvoir really did take care of me, especially Carol. She goes above and beyond to chase everyone, set things up and keep everything on track. She's also lovely, definitely the lady you want in your corner through this process! Thanks so much!

Above and beyond! We recently used Belvoir for the sale of our family home and would high recommend them to anyone in the future. Unfortunately, our buyers dropped out several times along the way but they were always there to reassure us and guide us through the process. I have used Belvoir Watton since 2002 to find tenants and advise on tenancy matters for a property I have had to let in Norfolk. They have always found ideal tenants in a professional and efficient manner and I would highly recommended them as letting agents. Recently I have had to sell the property and decided to use Belvoir Watton to act as agents. Once again all the staff were very helpful and efficient but particularly Anthony who’s knowledge of marketing and selling a previously let property was excellent, and his persistence to see the deal through and keeping both parties solicitors focused on the sale was superb. Cant recommend these guys highly enough.
10/10! Our experience was amazing from the first email! They were extremely kind and flexible. Anthony was our main letting agent and he was so informative and answered EVERY question we had(it was a lot of questions). The landlords are so sweet and we're so great to my son, they left us beautiful flowers the day we moved n which just makes us feel so welcome! Moving to a new country can be extremely stressful and they all made it so seamless and comfortable! I can't say enough good things about them. They even gave us these welcome boxes upon move in! We are so excited to continue our relationship with Belvoir and the amazing landlords they represent.
I thought that Belvoir was only a rental company. I bought a house via them and I was impressed at their attitude. They were completely honest throughout and very helpful. No messing about. Much better than most agents I have come across these days. Anthony and Maddie were my main contacts and were both excellent. I was very surprised at the service provided to me as the buyer. I may be renting my property out in a couple of years time...needless to say Belvoir will be top of my list of letting agents to choose. Top choice.
