STAY AWAY! These guys are genuine rip off merchants. Did suspension arms, but they didn't fit correct and wasnt aligned. Complained several times, they got angry about it. Then they tried to charge £950 to change shock absorbers, which another garage charged £450 for the exact same job and same parts ... double rip off! This was to my old 75 year old mother. Shamefull place, do NOT use or trust them!

I had a very disappointing experience here with what should have been a routine MOT. The car failed on the grounds of visible smoke, and I was advised diagnostics were needed. After the diagnostics, I was told the fuel injectors were at fault and agreed (reluctantly) to a “remove & replace” service to check if the injectors needing replacing or just fixing. This was at a cost of nearly £400, plus diagnostics fees. A few days later I was told that the injector nozzles were worn, but not only that, I now also needed a new ESV valve, another valve, and even a new turbo, quoted at £2300, more than the car is worth. When I asked what the bare minimum was to get through the MOT, they said everything would need doing. The car has never lost power so certainly didn't need a new turbo. Admittedly, there may be some wear and tear on the injector nozzles because it's an old car, but their approach felt like scare tactics and an attempt to upsell unnecessary work. I paid nearly £500 in total for MOT, diagnostics, and for the fuel injectors to be removed and put back in, and decided to take the car elsewhere for a second opinion. After adding injector cleaner and a simple re-test, guess what? The car passed the MOT. No new turbo, no new valves, and no £2300 bill. This place seems more interested in squeezing money out of customers than giving honest, practical advice. Be very cautious. I would strongly recommend avoiding this garage.

Took my car in for its MOT - it failed but the garage explained everything that needed doing, answered questions and were able to fix it quickly and get the MOT passed. Really happy with the service.

I have been using this garage for about 18 months now. I have a 2010 3 series BMW. They are polite and friendly with a great service. Just had my car MOT done and passed with flying colours. Great job done by all and I highly recommend them..

Kept my car for 3 weeks for an EGR valve change and a transmission mount repair, charged me £1200. After three weeks they called me up on a Friday that the car is ready to be collected but should spend another 800 pounds on it for a dpf clean (costs about 350 at a different place including interim service). Went there to collect my car on a Wednesday, didn’t start. Flat battery. They said they had to wait for my approval too long. Well I called back within 30 minutes after they’ve said it’s ready, so it should not have happened. Battery and alternator checked since, no issues, so this should have not happened. So according to the dust and leaves piled up at the tyres the car did not move for a minimum of a week. Sorry gents, facts are facts!

Fantastic Customer Service Just been to this garage for the first time and I cannot praise and thank them enough for everything they did. Their customer service was second to none and their advice invaluable. I will most definitely be using them again. Thank you

UNTRUSTWORTHY. Took my car for an MOT here, 2017 VW that has done 26k miles, it was failed on a faulty washer jet and a headlight which pointed too low. I was told that to diagnose the alleged fault with the washers would cost me £77 then any repairs at an additional cost, same with the headlight. Unhappy with this I took the car in the same condition, to a reputable garage for a retest, they passed the MOT and informed me that there was nothing wrong with the washer jets or the headlights. I assume that because I was a woman on her own they thought I was an easy target to try and rip off. Disgraceful.

I have always used this company for my MOT’s and have previously been very impressed. This time my car failed and needed some work doing. This took a total of two weeks and two days. Not sure if that is an appropriate time or not. Two new tyres, part exhaust, and new window mechanism. Anyway the work was carried out well and the car runs well. The two chaps on reception kept me up to date when I rung. I suspect the current situation in the country had a large impact on the time it took for completion. I’ll go back again.
