   We visited this restaurant with a family of seven to celebrate a birthday, and it was fantastic from start to finish. The staff was warm, attentive, and incredibly accommodating, making sure our large group was comfortable and well taken care of. The food arrived promptly, beautifully prepared, and full of flavor—everyone found something they loved. The atmosphere was welcoming and perfect for a special occasion. Overall, it was a wonderful dining experience that helped make our celebration memorable. Highly recommended!

   My experience here was appalling. The dish I was served had a distinct foul odor, indicating the food was spoiled. It's shocking that the kitchen would even consider sending something like that out to a customer. This is a major failure in basic food safety and quality control. I am deeply concerned about their hygiene standards. Do not eat here unless you want to risk food poisoning.

   My mate and I visited here on a monday afternoon for a bite. Staff were friendly and we were seated quickly. The server was attentive but gave us time to look at the menu before coming over. I had the lamb shish and sweet potato fries. The lamb was cooked well and fell apart. It had a nice level of spice, enough to feel the heat but not over powering. It came with a fresh salad with a chilli and taziki sauce, which provided great balance to the meal. The flat bread was cooked well but I would prefer it a little thinner but that was just personal taste. The sweet potatos were crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. Presentation was good on the wood server. My friend had the bacon burger which he said was cooked well and tasted great. On the side he had skin on chips which he said felt like they had been cooked more then once. The two meals and two regular pepsi came to 37 odd quid, which was a fair price. Would happily return.

   Overall a pretty good place for food. Our server was great with drinks and food not taking any time at all to arrive. The fish and chips was HUGE but the fish was slightly overcooked. Shish kebab was delicious, but the side of halloumi lacking. Chips were very good!

   Today was our first experience at Podge and Tin. I would highly recommend booking as its a very popular place. Upon entering you walk past the kitchens, which the food aromas are appetising. The decor creates a lovely ambiance; good sized quality booths and tables. Tonight the majority of tables were 4+ parties. Service and delivery of food arrived in a timely manner; didn't feel like we waited long. We had the lamb minted burger, chunky fries and coleslaw (purple dyed. I personally find this a turn off, although I did try it and it was nice). Second meal was chicken cheese pesto wrap, sweet potato fries and onion rings. The wrap was rolled up and toasted on a grill. Onion rings crispy breadcrumbs and hot in temperature. Both sets of chips were also hot in temperature. The only negative we had were the staff. Although professional, we found them not so personable, chatty or smiles. They were very quietly spoken, no one came back to check if everything was OK with our meal. The young girls were a bit more warm than the guys, but apart from this the meal and the surroundings were great. We didn't feel like we were sitting on top of others. Would definitely return.

   First visit and it's unlikely to be our last, went for my birthday and my husband and I had the large fish and chips, our son had a burger. Couldn't fault anything. All really delicious, staff really friendly and helpful. Oh, and the mint aero milkshake was to die for too, just a shame, I didn't have room for an alcoholic one! Next time though.

   We had fish & Scampi and we were both really happy with our food. Scampi was big chunks and delicious and the fish was huge. The lady that served us was lovely and food was served quick. I will definitely come back and try other dishes.
