   Fantastic garage. They diagnosed the initial issues and fixed those quickly. Unfortunately, it highlighted a larger problem with the main battery (EV) which needed fixing under warranty and had to go to a dealer. They explained the situation, gave me great advice and were understanding when it took me longer than expected to collect the car. The service, expertise and support was brilliant. I will be back for my regular service etc. Thank you.

   Great service! My ford focus car horn wasn't working and the first garage I went to told me, after diagnosis, that it would take 4 days to fix it, and would require new parts!!! Took my car to Egertons and it took them an hour to diagnose the issue and fix. Highly recommend.

Maggie, the receptionist, was absolutely lovely and went the extra mile to find me an MOT booking on the same day—such fantastic customer service! The whole team is incredibly friendly and professional. Darren and Steve are outstanding, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. The prices are very reasonable, and the service is top-notch. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers. I highly recommend them to anyone needing an HGV MOT or fleet services. Five stars all the way!

   I've used Egertons a few times now for little jobs and have been impressed each time. It is really very rare for a workshop to do the job right first time, on time and at a fair price- but that's just what they do. I just wish they'd open a branch closer to our workplace. I highly recommend them.
