Bought a deal on Groupon (36-point check plus change oil)...called them and made an appointment and when I came in they told me to pay an additional charge for oil (25£) and only taking cash or bank transfer...that stray away seams doggy...I told them I have a MOT soon so want to check if the car is ok..they told me it will take an hour so went quickly to town as it is not far from there...when back he told me front discs needed to be changed and some additional comments but he think car will pass MOT...and now "funny" part...3 days later got info on dashboard that oil need to be changed...and I booked my MOT thinking everything is fine...well it wasn't...car failed...back pads and discs was gone and my brakes was locked and I was driving like this making even worse...this mechanic is doggy and I know for sure now they do not done it their job...they did not checked my car and did not change oil... DON'T use it...they will just rip you off...
Bought a service via Groupon, easily booked in via the phone, dropped my car off at the agreed time and within the hour and a half agreed he was ringing me to say it was ready. Absolutely top-class service from a genuine chap, can't fault it, thorough inspection carried out along with the service. More than happy to recommend and I'll be heading back next time for the service or any repairs in the meantime.
It is often difficult to find a trustworthy car mechanic who is also an absolute expert at what he does. Jessell's auto's have both of the above atrributes and also very reasonable prices. I have been using them for all my family car repairs for a number of years now and could not speak more highly of the reliable and trustworthy service I have receives at all times.
Had service and MOT carried out, Jessel had great/polite communication throughout fixing a few issues promptly on the same day so I could collect car same day. Would recommend and use again. Thanks!

TOO EXPENSIVE: My car's clutch pedal went dead and this garage was recommended to me. I sent my car to his garage after being there for 4 days which I don't blame him as I didn't book any appointment but he said send it to me I'll see if I can do it earlier. Happy with that. After 4 days he called me and said the charges would be £920 or £930 for slave cylinder and clutch kit whereas I got the quotation same from Mr. Clutch in 545 with 2 year warranty. I took my car to Mr Clutch. For doing that Jessel's charged me 110 for diagnosing the issue, I don't know if diagnosing is expensive or not but above service definitely found it expensive. Talked with one more garage just to confirm price as well he also said it will be around 600. Parts and fitting. 2 stars are based on price he might be good mechanic but haven't taken his service
So today started with a worried call to the mechanics (I always fear the day my car stops working) and the day ended with my car all sorted! I was in need of a new water pump and the guys at Jessel auto did everything they could in the such limited time! They even staying open longer just to have yet another happy customer, I’m so happy with how caring and understanding they were, no wonder people recommended them. Definitely satisfied with the service from those guys!
