I recently had my MOT and repair work completed at this garage and was thoroughly impressed. The team were efficient, professional, and the work was carried out to a very high standard. A special thanks to Maria, who kept me updated throughout the process and made everything stress-free. Communication was clear, which gave me complete peace of mind. Excellent service from start to finish – I highly recommend this garage.
I came in after I had one of the fluid lines break on my car, causing the clutch to have no pressure to push against (photo below). They ended up informing me that I needed a whole new clutch + flywheel, which seemed weird due to the situation but fine. They then proceeded with the change and all seemed ok, quite expensive for their labour, but thats on me for not checking. However for the price they charge (over 100 an hour) the quality i feel was poor. They had left air in the system making the pedal spongy and set the bite point incredibly low, making it the pedal feel awkward to use. Then after I took it to another garage later for a different issue. They informed me that they had not bolted it back up fully, 1 bolt was threaded loose and another just loose. (Photo below). Making me feel overcharged for a poor quality outcome, especially with an interaction as frequent as the clutch. The only positive is that Emily was friendly and fast throughout, making communication easy, despite many questions and queries throughout.
Lovely bunch of people!! Phoned last minute before closing as we couldn’t loosen a bolt ourselves, they were more than happy to help me out and do it for me using their tools, didn’t even want any payment for it either! Will definitely be going back and using their services from now on! Thank you for your kindness and help :)

Booked for an MOT, never used this business before but booked due to short notice and availability. When I arrived the unit was huge, tons of parking and the staff were really friendly with the hand over. I received clear updated and my car was finished by mid day informing me it was done, passed its MOT and was ready for collection when I was ready. Upon arrival, they were honest and transparent, paid for the MOT only as it was all fine and left happy. Will be back for sure.
