   Opened the door, entered the office, triggered the bell announcing a customer and waited 9 minutes exactly. Nobody came to deal with me yet I could hear them in the workshop. They lost a total of 8 tyres on 2 vehicles with over £1100 spent. Maybe they don't want the business!

   My son was tricked here (Asier). Please do not trust. He was told that no charge was going to be made if no tests were done in the car. When he went back to the garage, the guy told him he had no time and he refused to give the keys back until he paid the money.

   This garage is one of the best around if you're looking to leave your high end german car with a reliable garage to maintain. Raheel helped investigate some serious issues that I was experiencing with the brakes on my car, and helped advise me with what to do next in a cost effective manner. The entire team are very knowledgeable about BMW M and Mercedes AMG. Their services are reasonably priced too, but the level of service and knowledge by their mechanics is first class. I can trust Raheel and the team to look after my car, and I recommend the guys at WCTS to anyone who is looking for a trustworthy garage that knows their stuff about high end cars. It's worth travelling down from Bedford, Luton and surrounding areas to Wolverton if you want your car taken care of by a trustworthy team who are passionate with what they do. Thanks guys!

   Last year was 6/10 the service, but now if I could give 0 stars would be fantastic. Last month I did a mot which was okay. Not everything checked as usual compared to the previews mot (talking about standard points on a mot with less than 1500 miles per year). Anyway, I got a quote for everything, but I had to travel for two weeks, so I waited until I came back. I called them to book a new mot and the repairs needed, and I asked if I could get my car collected. One of the receptionists said they need to ask the manager, so I asked when I would know. He said in 1 hour or two but didn't get any call, I understand when someone is busy, but you can't keep saying "we were busy" a simple call won't ruin the business is more appropriate to say "we forgot to contact you". Anyway, the point is that yesterday they said it is more likely my car would be collected but not sure, but he kept saying it is a YES because of my location. Today I called them again, and they said they could not pick up my car at all so annoyed because I had to wait the whole day, and I could have called someone else professional and not wasting my time. I'm also disappointed about the prices: I have a written quote for mot with them of £40, but they can change your quote when they want ask before you book and also check your car when you fix it as I had my breaks done with them, but they give a weird sound when I reverse and break. When they forget to contact or do the work on time, they will say, "we are busy", so find someone not "busy" like them if you don't want to be disappointed. :)
