If you like fish, there's nowhere to go wrong with visiting this place. A nice little shop on the beach walk with good, decent portions of fresh fish and a welcoming staff.
I got the white fish battered and after I started eating the anchovies I found that they didn't clean the fish before frying it. The head, the lisk and even the guts were still in !! Not gutting the fish is again any food code as increase the chance of getting food poisoning or worse!! And by the way takes 2 seconds to clean them and it's safe and easy to eat after.It's a shame because the place looks very nice but that is unacceptable
Loved the white bait here! Done properly (not breaded thankfully) so fresh and tasty! Would definitely go back again. Friendly and quick service and very reasonable prices!
Love it! The take away shop is right at the seafront. I ordered special mackerel sandwich and white bait box. So tasty, so fresh and full of flavour. Will be back
Lovely place, outdoor seating but I opted in for beach instead, had a crab roll which was delicious - would recommend
Love stopping of here for coffee, they serve a really good one. Also had their Box of Whitebait, which is absolutely delicious and fresh and a generous portion. Great to just sit by the beach and watch the world go by.
Always amazing service and the food is top notch. My little bit of zen on brighten seafront. Coffee shop next door is superb too.
Love this place.I always visit here when I'm in Brighton. Really like the mackerel bap. Very tasty. Reasonably priced and friendly service.
Delicious and fresh crab sandwiches. Staff was lovely, sabdwich was good size and filling just by the sea line!
Great little spot for lunch. Had the smoked mackerel special and the whitebait. Both excellent. Staff were very welcoming and friendly.
