   Amazing service! Had issue with the car, even though they're fully booked for that day, told me to drop car anyway to see what they can do. 40 min after the drop I got a call with details of the faulty and confirmation that everything will be done by end of the day! Will service my car only here.

   Took my car into Towcester Garage as it wasn’t running quite right and Jamie diagnosed a blown head gasket…. It eventually underwent major surgery they left nothing unchecked and now I have it back it’s never been better! Just wanted to give them a positive review as they really deserve it! Many thanks!

   Got pulled by the police doing road safety checks. One indicator was out!! Made a desperate s.o.s call to these guys, to see if they had a bulb, without which we would have had the car impounded!! Our guardian angel drove a bulb out to us immediately and fitted it and also dealt with the police to prove that it was working and able/willing to give give professional advice. We were able to leave the stop/check with our car and contents, ready to start another day! Amazing, 5 star +++ customer service, cannot recommend enough! Best in the world right now!!!!!!!!!!!!!

   I did service my car 6 months ago Last month a warning light came up saying engine oil level high. I did call the garage and I was been told that is a common problem with diesel engines and is not their fault. I did go to a different garage then and they clearly told me that who done service previously has put too much oil and is not possible that a 3 years old car could have this kind of problems as Towcester garage told me over the phone I ring them back but they where busy at the moment and been told I will get a phone call later which never happened. I did send a email also to them and never get a reply back. I will never go back there and I'm really sorry that I need to leave a review like this but I did wait too much for a answer from them

   My pickup wouldn’t start and I don’t live local in Towcester , I didn’t have AA cover so I called this garage on the off chance they might help me , it was just before they we’re going to shut up shop The guy came straight out and got me going in no time, really nice lad and wouldn’t even take anything for his time and hassle, got me out of trouble big time, I definitely would recommend Thanks again Paul from Woburn Sands

   Excellent Service. Spoke to the manager/owner Steve, for car plate change. He asked me to come in 15 mins and did the job quickly and in a reasonable price. This is when a nationwide company (Ha...s)had let me down! Thank you guys and you're the ones I'll always use now as you're local to where I live...
