    Purchased recently 2 kebabs for myself and my wife. After me confirming what I wanted 4 times, they still got it wrong and had to change it. And then the worst food poisoning I’ve ever experienced which knocked me out for 3 days. I don’t usually bother taking the time to do these google reviews but after what I just experienced I felt I had to. Avoid this place! Unless they drastically up there game I will never go there again. And I urge people not to.

    Shocking a regular customer. The last few times it’s been bad the order thursday wasnt just bad it made chutney grills food look like its from Harrods. This without doubt is tbe worst kebab shop there is they are using cheaper meat there salad is now off in actual fact i saw the guy with glasses buying all the reduced lettuce and salad from aldi today no wonder the salad is mouldy. Without doubt wont be using this place again and would advise others against it

    Order £50 worth of food, arrives cold as delivery driver stops in petrol station to fill his car up for 10mins en route. Kebabs have no salad, just chicken and bread, chips are like cardboard. Second time the food has been this poor. Won’t be ordering again.

    It is already the second time that I feel bad. About 2 months ago I ordered a burger and fries and they arrived after 1h30m all cold, I didn't eat dinner because I threw everything away. Today I ordered 2 kebabs and they arrived luke warm, inedible. Lamb when cold is awful. I think I will not order again.

    I am a regular customer at the Charcoal Grill. Through uber delivery, direct delivery from them and collect from them.. For over 6 years I have ony used them as me go to place for kebabs. Not anymore I wont be. The uber delivery driver failed to deliver my food even though she stated on Uber that she did. I phoned Charcoal Grill and was told by a very rude guy that it wasnt his problem. So that is how you treat a regular customer who has spent hundreds of pounds over the years they have used you. Well I won't be anymore and I will make sure my friends and family in East Grinstead do not use you. Disgusting customer service

    I ordered a lamb shish kebab with them. I do not expect a very high customer service quality from a kebab shop and certainly not from this one in particular rude and unprofessional. No greetings or anything. Anyways coming back to food the kebab was undercooked and it wasn't even busy hours. Worst kebab in EG
