   I had an absolutely brilliant experience with Chloe at Mamas & Papas in Crawley. I came in with very little knowledge, feeling quite overwhelmed, and Chloe took the time to talk us through all the options clearly and calmly. She explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, without any pressure, and answered all our questions with great patience. She was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and attentive, and made the whole experience feel reassuring rather than stressful.    We have visited mumas and papas Crawley twice and both times the staff and been so kind and helpful. On our latest visit we were looked after by Ruth was so reassuring and gave us peace of mind with our new car seat purchase. They are very knowledgeable about their products.    Came here with my wife and mum to review a pushchair that we had already seen online. I was already sold on it but had to convince my wife. The ladies who helped us didn't push us into a sale nor tried to up sell us. They listed to what we needed out of a pushchair and helped us find the right one for us, not the most expensive one. Just so happened that it was the same chair that I had already seen. I wanted to thank the young lady with blonde hair, didn't catch her name but she was fantastic! Her colleague, who I believe was called Rhiannon was also brilliant. They both helped us greatly and really made us feel welcome. Another lady helped us work out if the car seat would be compatible with our car, which it was. Thank you ladies for all your help, it was greatly appreciated! We will definitely return.

   I highly recommend going to mama and papas in Crawley. The staff and service you receive is outstanding. Kiley is so helpful and the knowledge she has is absolutely first class. No matter how big or small she was willing to help with every question we had. She is a credit to mama and papas. The products are brilliant and once you go there you really wouldn’t want to go anywhere else. Five stars to everyone.

   Mamas & Papas Crawley has been an absolute joy to visit throughout my pregnancy. Kylie is always so lovely, welcoming, and incredibly helpful—she truly goes above and beyond. We always looked forward to popping into the store, not just for the lovely products but also for the friendly chats with Kylie and the rest of the amazing team. The staff are approachable and genuinely care about helping you find what’s right for you and your baby. Thank you all for making our experience so positive, we absolutely love the products we brought from Mamas and Papas.

   Crawley Store - Very well served by Kiley, Charlotte, Chloe and Emma. as new parents we ve been there a few times and every time the staff was very patient to explain and answer all of our questions.    The staff at the crawley mamas and papas are brilliant. The lovely lady (Mia or Megan) was very helpful in explaining all the features of the pushchair I was looking at and was very knowledgable about all the products. All the staff were very approachable and made it a very enjoyable shopping experience.
