   I was visiting my mum in leek and thought I would have a breakfast deal, I decided on an egg and mushroom bap and a small americano I was told it was £9.10 I could not believe it, I asked if that was correct and he just said yeah no breakfast deal. I probably should have said I didn't want it but I paid and left very annoyed!! I WILL NOT be using Leek Costa again...

   What the store lacks in up to date furniture and decor is more than made up with great service and coffee! Staff are always very attentive and friendly. It’s not too noisy so you can actually have a conversation without shouting over loud music. The store has recently been taken over by a new franchise so hopefully the much needed investment into new decor will be coming soon!

   Staff service was not good was unable to use 1 of my free drinks told if was because I was paying with gift card. Don't have issues in other costa. The whole place was grubby with cobwebs in the windows. Floor needed a good clean.Toilets OK just passable. Next time we want a costa we will go to tesco in Congleton. Great staff always very clean so un like Leek.

   I visited with my 3 young children and a disabled friend on Monday late afternoon We received attentive and friendly service. When my little one knocked over a milk jug, I was about to ask for a top up, when I saw that one had already been poured. The door was also held open for us on exit. Well done.

   Love this Costa. The staff are always super friendly and attentive. Always welcomed with a smile and chat. Coffee order is always perfect. Food was lovely, only had a cake. The store is clean and tidy and well presented.

   Staff are awesome but I hate that frappe mixer, it's so loud I can't hear myself think let alone hear what someone is saying to me. I rarely go in now because it makes my tinnitus unbearable, I send my husband to get take out.

   Poorly run I was expecting the nice chap who said he was taking on as manager I met in Buxton to be their by now I asked and was told they don’t know what happend . He had left given the shocking service received and the attuide by the supervisor Leo . I don’t blame him such a shame he had such a passion and determination to change this branch .

   Shambles. The staff were trying but seemed under prepared for the job. Service was slow and 2 out of our 3 drinks were wrong. One drink was made well before the other two, all whilst the que was getting bigger and bigger and more and more chaotic, as the que develops into more of a crowd with some people wanting to pay and others endlessly waiting for their orders. My advice, if you come to Leek bring a flask and find a park bench.
