I only ordered the Nutcracker Latte but gosh it was LOVELY. Its lovely and cosy inside. I didn't wait long to get my coffee. The staff were lovely and chatty. This may become a weekly visit!

Its a lovely relaxed coffee shop and pets are welcome. The atmosphere is ambience, and ive spent many an hour after shopping in town enjoying a cappuccino and enjoying the smooth jazz background music and relaxed chatter. Staff are always helpful and friendly and also, there's a bookshelf if you like to read while relaxing.

Lovely place, really enjoyed a good coffee. The cafΓ© is nicely set out, with plenty of seating both indoors and outside. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which made it even more enjoyable. Iβll definitely be coming back again, next time with friends.

I'm honestly astounded by some of the reviews of this lovely establishment. Once my wife told me about them I felt compelled to say something. We've used this lovely little coffee shop several times since it opened and every time we have been blown away by the friendly and attentive team and the hot, fresh and tasty coffee. I would highly recommend any of the tasty little treats on offer. Please don't take notice of the negative reviews, the "customer" isn't always right.

Queues far too long to be served, had to reach round people to put my card to the post machine as build up of customers waiting for drinks. Had to ask for table to be wiped and then she left it wet! One toilet for not enough! However, coffee is lovely, nice big cup, and full the brim.

My daughter and I went in for lunch today for the first and last time. We ordered 2 toasties, a coffee, hot chocolate and a cake, the staff were friendly and we were served quickly as it was only 12noon, it did get busy later. The toasties you got to choose out of the chill counter and it was put in an oven which warmed it up but it was soggy, and it came with a knife and nothing else, no fork or sides so it was hot to pick up a soggy sandwich and difficult to eat, my daughters hot chocolate was very disappointing as it was only a flavoured syrup and hot water, there was no milk in it, and it also had a 3 hairs in it, they did replace it but never apologized. the cups are stored on top of the coffee machine right next to where customers are being served and should be upside down for hygiene. Also all the cakes are plant based which we only noticed that on a board outside as we were leaving so we wouldn't of ordered one if the signage inside was clearer. There was also a cold draft on some of the tables coming from the air conditioning units. All in all a very disappointing visit, and expensive for what you got. There are much better independent coffee shops in Leek that would be much better value for money.

Welcome addition to Leek. Coffee good albeit a little pricey. Our flat whites were tasty but tasted like skimmed milk was used, but thatβs a personal preference. Friendly staff, but now come my criticismβ¦ As we entered there were 3 staff, quickly down to 2. One on the till and one on drink prep. We had to clear our own table purely because there were no free staff to do so. The plate my pastry was delivered to me on was wet. No napkins avail or offered with drinks, had to ask staff. Many tables had dirty cups on, awaiting cleaning. Happy to see a new business in Leek but need to sort management out as in a small town like Leek, word gets around. Negative or positive.
