   Everything about this place sucks. The owners have been rude since I was a child, not much has changed. When I was a kid at school the owner screamed in my face as he mistook me for someone else who had stolen. Happy to take money from the village for years, but couldn’t tell you anyone’s name. They price things different to what you pay at the tills, this is well known by them and the village. But nothings changed, so they are clearly doing it on purpose. The staff are all foreign and seem nice but owners are a disgrace.

   Update: Store still a bit messy, Subway closed. They do have a toilet outside which is locked but they will hand you a key if you ask at the till. All people in comments saying staff is rude… they are not, they actually been very nice to me. All the best.

   The roadside service station I visited was not up to the standard. The station was dirty and poorly maintained, the bathrooms were unsanitary and had a strong unpleasant odor. The staff were not very friendly or helpful and the service was slow. The food and drinks options were limited and not fresh. The gas pumps were not well-maintained and not in good working condition. Overall, I had a negative experience at this service station and would not recommend it to others.

   Has cash machine, subway was closed when I visited however I think is usually open. Also coffee machine was out of service but I went there to buy post stamps , so got what I came for. Staff seemed friendly. It was my first time, hence such review

   What a disappointment! Stopped here while passing for the toilet and a subway (as advertised on the roadside bill board). However, despite looking quite new and like a flagship #BP petrol station, it is a dump! The toilets are locked and "Out of Order" and the Subway has been closed down for what looks like years. It is very untidy and dirty inside and looks more like a small dirty corner shop than a leading British petrol station. I think BP should remove Nisa's franchise and make it an M&S service station. A real disappointment for Roade, Northamptonshire!

   Good for all your daily needs, including groceries, booze, little odds and ends for the house, stamps, lottery, etc. It's a pity the Subway is no longer open. Friendly staff. Open late. Good deals. Love the lamb samosas - can recommend.
