   Superb place for a real breakfast. Not fancy, not twee, just plain, honest good food well cooked and nice, generous portions. Really nice down to earth place. Really good service. I always look forward to going there.

   The best large all day breakfast I’ve had in a looooooong time. Really impressed. On top of generous portions of sausage, egg, bacon, beans, tomato source and toast … you also get a delicious pancake, and fried toast too. And friendly, prompt service too. Really good. Highly recommend everyone visit any time you’re in Buxton.

   We went today to meet up before a Motorcycle ride … the cafe opened promptly at 9am ✔️ I went to the toilet and found it quite untidy with rubbish on the floor, not easy to get in with a fridge to navigate past, no toilet roll, no paper towels or soap to wash your hands ✖️ we then ordered our breakfast and drinks … one coffee one large tea, two small weak teas arrived ✖️.. we went to sit at a table which was so sticky that I put my helmet down and couldn’t push it away, it had to be lifted and moved ✖️… Breakfast arrived .. eggs were overdone, mushrooms were overdone ✖️ HOWEVER … it was quite delicious so looks can be deceiving ✔️ My advice would be to hire a cleaner if you are too busy to do it yourselves properly .. it’s the small things that make it better and return customers … would be go back again .. most probably, price was about right for the food and service .. hope they take heed.

   Absolutely fantastic breakfasts. Hands down the best in Buxton. Been coming here for a fair few years now and never had a bad one, my only issue is I now live further away so don't go as often as I used too.

   Top Notch Cooked Breakfast If you want a bumper and plentiful cooked breakfast then this is the place to go. The staff are friendly and professional and the prices are reasonable.
