   Have had service with a smile on multiple days. Always welcoming and polite. Can’t comment on the food. Prices are a little on the expensive side but I suppose that’s the cost of convenience. Worth a stop for a drink whilst waiting for your train.

   The best decaf coffee in Macclesfield, flat white with an extra shot. For coffee lovers that don’t get on with caffein! Sammy is lovely and always chirpy even when it’s less than freezing! Thank you Sammy!

   Nice drink of hot chocolate for me and an Americano for my wife, downsides toilets are accessible from the platform only but they are new clean and bright, for such a busy station it has a very small cafe 4 tables and a few seats around the outside of the room, but it does shield you from the arctic blast that passes through the ticket area, it can get crowded as people access and egress the ticket area and platforms, it is easy for you to miss the train announcements just a little mumble at the back, I don't expect to be blown out of the seat but it could be and should be clearer if a train pulls in then you have no chance of hearing it, the cafe has the usual choice of prepacked sandwiches and cold drinks crisps, a small selection of reading material ie papers and magazines and not cheap.

   Ladies here are always lovely and friendly. Good range of drinks, snack and magazines. Cafe is nice to relax in whilst waiting for my train and is always clean and tidy.
