Delicious breakfast food, speedy service, great decor with nice space between tables, and they allow dogs :)
Went in today with my wife for breakfast and were quickly shown to a table. We pretty much knew what we wanted so we ordered within a couple of minutes. 25 mins later we still hadn’t had our beverages we’d ordered a pot of tea each. I went to the bar area and spoke to a lady who I assumed may be the owner and I said I ordered my drinks and food 25 mins ago and we haven’t had our drinks yet. And I was told my food was ready to come out, this all being well and good but the lack of drinks was the main issue here. Admittedly the staff did scramble round to rectify the problem. But the overall service was a bit on the poor side and seemed to lack a little care and attention. The food was nice but again the service was a little poor and the plates just dumped on the side of the table and there was no check back to see if everything was ok with the meal or if we needed anything else.
Have been here three times now and the food has always been delicious. The chicken club is especially good. The space upstairs is airy and bright, with large floor to ceiling windows and the downstairs is cosy and low-lit. We’ve had the breakfasts, the pastrami sandwich and the club - all delicious. Staff are lovely too.

We went for breakfast, staff were very friendly and polite made us feel welcome. The food came in good time and was really delicious, generous sized portions too and all tasted organic. Will keep going back

An absolutely fantastic place! I have had the same veggie breakfast twice now and eaten here three times and it's been excellent every time. Service is speedy and the servers very attentive and helpful. Wish I lived in Macc!
Absolutely fantastic cafe! I had cake and it was mind-blowingly delicious. The cafe was selling it under the moniker 'World's Best Cake' and I don't think they were far wrong. I wish I'd bought an extra slice to bring home. It was very moist with a buttercream icing that was just sweet enough. My friend had the smaller of two breakfasts that were available and said it was very tasty. The interior of the cafe is all wood and quirky knick-knacks; there's so much to look at, yet it's still relaxing and peaceful. And the staff are just brilliant. If this place wasn't so far away, I'd be here all the time. Go there, just go!!
