   Food and drink great as always, however, toilet facilities not available for customers on the ground floor and was reported as 'out of order'. Suspect, due to other signs around the ground Floor that cleaning operations were in process and this was the reason why the toilet was out of order. Two people had walked in and used the toilet downstairs just before my wife tried to use it. She was told that there was a toilet available upstairs, but my wife is disabled and couldn't use the stairs. Not happy as we use Cista regularly and have never had this happen. Cleaning coming before customers is not normally a Costa priority and guess that the franchise would not support this action. Not very customer friendly. My local Costa carries out cleaning on AFTER customers have vacated the shop and the facility closed. Health and Safety should ensure this happens!

   Called in here this lunchtime. What a sad, drab, dark place it is now. Disorganised seating downstairs, with a sizeable proportion of space unavailable. Upstairs was little better. Window condensation, and dirty tables with used trays left haphazardly with nowhere to stack them. Basically unloved and more staff needed.

   This place is filthy. I spent 5 minutes being accosted by small flies before I had to give up and leave. The tables were covered in mess, but the real issue is the floors which don't look like they've been mopped in months. The staff were pleasant enough, I feel sorry for them working in that environment though.

   Incompetent staff who can't work through orders and had to keep asking customers what they bought 15 minutes after ordering. Food and drink arrived cold.

   My friend said the working attitude and drink of Costa is nice. But I don't think so. Because the ice drink I received is already melt which looks watery and disgusting. Secondly, the cleaning work is terrible. floor and tables are full of soiled cups, wrappers and tissues.

   Good produce and nice coffee. However there was no hand-wash in the toilet. Despite reporting this to a member of staff, nothing had been done about this 30 minutes later. Not good enough. UPDATE:Returned in October 2022 and it is worse than last year. Empty tables piled high and not cleared. When they were cleared, the tables were not cleaned. The lessons of the pandemic seem a distant memory. I will not be returning and I advise anyone reading this review not to visit either.
