   Please clean the inside of your coffee machines. The coffee tastes musty and mouldy.

   I'm not usually one to make complaints but the service at the new Costa today was terrible! The servers gave the impression they didnt want to be there and had no sense of urgency in preparing the orders. I ordered 3 toasties and a coffee and after 15 minutes of waiting at the counter, I noticed one of the toasties had been put on the side and left getting cold. Only when I asked if it was mine was I given it. I then had to wait another 5 minutes at the counter before being served the other two toasties and the coffee. I then took them to the table but realised one of them was the wrong order. I mentioned this to the staff and, with no apology they took it off me. Instead of then dealing with it and heating the correct toastie, they proceeded to serve the person behind me in the queue leaving me waiting at least another 5 minutes at the counter with my coffee and food going cold. My family came in for lunch together but we all had to eat our food separately. I appreciate genuine mistakes are made and people have bad days and this wasn't really the issue as I would have been happy with a simple apology but I got nothing! I just found the total lack of common courtesy really bizarre as I assumed basic manners would be part of the job position. Other customers were also making comments about the speed of service with some getting fed up, leaving their order on the counter and walking out. This has put me off going back.

   Lady in charge had no sense of urgency thus a huge wait and delay on drinks orders. No apology for wait just giggles about delivery arriving at the wrong time and her head not working today so ended up leaving the coupon as she didn't know how to do it and queue already 10 minutes waiting. No trays lined up for drinks, hot food left till end of transaction rather than in oven to speed up things. Luckily a young man with initiative asked for drink order while she dithered with the till and sorted our drinks and put hot food in oven. Staff need direction and training. Loads of full trays left around cafe waiting collection.

   Nice and basic, tables could of done with a clean but it was ok. Also a litte drafty depending on where you sit, as the main entrance to the store is right behind you.
