I absolutely love this dental practice and can't recommend them highly enough. I am a patient under Hem and he has been such a great dentist since I joined many years ago when I was quite a nervous patient through having bad experiences elsewhere. Hem is so knowledgeable and let's you know everything he will do so you are aware every step of the way and has made my visits now less stressful that I actually look forward to getting a check up and if I need any treatment I know I am in very capable hands. I also went to see Ali as an emergency as Hem was away and he was also such a great dentist, very informative and helpful and was very gentle as I was in pain. The receptionist Lorraine is very welcoming and is always a friendly face to see when coming for an appointment. I would recommend this Dental Practice to anyone if you are able to join. I've had a fear of dentist for a while but after being with this dentist for over 15 years I can truly say I have zero fear now. This is all thanks to Ali! He's very attentive and always makes sure everything is done professionally and pain free. The receptionists are warm and friendly too. Would recommend.
A fantastic example of how a dentist practice should be it was satisfying from the smiles and cheery nature of Beena on reception. Then on to Hem and his new assistant who were without doubt at the top of their game. A wonderful performance from a first class team. Throughly recommended. My teeth were never in better shape.
I'm 60 years of age and this has to be the best dentist I've ever been to. I have an innate fear of dentist due to being bought up in the 70's. The team put me at my ease straight away, they're incredibly professional, supportive and above all friendly. Give them a go, you won't be disappointed.
Dentist Ali is by far the best dentist I have ever been to. Somebody recommended going to him; I changed practice and have never looked back. He is a very patient, friendly and caring dentist who makes you feel like he really values your care and will take all the time necessary to make sure you’re happy. I go to the dentist in Bedford Tesco supermarket. Always a pleasure being at this clinic. Friendly staff lovely receptionist! Always a warm welcome as I find dentist clinics quite daunting. My dentist there is lovely and always easy to book an appointment when there’s an emergency. Nice and neat interior.
This dental surgery has been my children's dentist for many years. The staff are professional and my kids have been given encouraging advice over the years on how to improve their dental hygiene techniques. Highly recommended.
For someone that is unsure of dentists I say this. The receptionist ( Sheza) welcomes you with the warmest of smiles and is very calming, the dental assistant (Bee) is professional to such a degree you just know you are in safe hands, and Dr Ali, the nicest man you could meet and unsurpassed as a dentist. Has the ability to place even the most fearful of patients at complete ease. Going for checkups has now become easy. Almost enjoyable...... almost....
