   I attended my initial appointment at TGs with Dr Tiago Rodriguez today. I used to be registered with this practice years ago then left but now I wish I hadn't. The whole experience was flawless. The lady who dealt with my booking was very professional and got my bookings and paperwork sorted in no time and in a friendly manner. She was just brilliant. The consultation with Dr Rodriguez was extremely thorough, he took several x rays and highlighted areas of concerns, took his time to explain his findings and quickly put together a plan of action and related costs. This is very important to me as I like transparency when it comes to costs. One of my dental issues has been going on for years, I wish my previous practice had taken a more decisive stance on this as it turns out I now need a root filling. I am really glad this was highlighted to me as at least I have an option other than extraction. Who knows what would have happened otherwise. I appreciated being given a plan, I felt reassured and valued as a customer as I have a plan in place and feel confident we can now make some progress rather than stagnate. ETA: I had my first hygienist appointment today with Emily and she was truly wonderful! Very knowledgeable and professional but also very kind and non-condescending! Great to be treated like an adult for once! Thank you Emily, you made this visit a pleasant experience (I think I have never said that about a hygienist appointment!)

   Almost now finishing my orthodontic treatment, I cant thank the team enough. My smile is looking great and I was made to feel welcomed every visit. It was great to have an in depth chat with my dentist about my teeth and made me understand more about the treatment. Highly recommend TGs.

   For someone that hates getting there teeth done, l must say my experience was very professional from walking in the door and checking in with the lovely ladies on reception then having my checking up. I also saw my hygienist and they were perfect, everyone made me feel relaxed and gave me a 5 star treatment. I can not fault them in anyway. Well done TG's Dental Suite in Higham Ferrers.

   I could not recommend this dental practice highly enough. The practice is bright & clean, the receptionist are warm & welcoming & the dentists & dental nurses are highly professional. I have had routine dental work, carried out to an exceptionally high standard, I have also recently had dental implants, this was also carried out to an extremely high standard. Everything was fully explained, the cost was fully detailed, & very very good value, the procedure was performed professionally with the highest care for myself the patient. The environment where my procedure was done was spotless & very much kept to hospital theatre standards. The follow up care was was supportive & genuinely caring. They have genuinely transformed my smile & confidence. I cannot thank them enough.

   My journey started 5 years ago with Sundip Patel, at this practice. Having an extreme phobia of dentists, my teeth had suffered terribly, always choosing the cowards route & having troublesome teeth removed, rather than treated. After reassuring counselling & advice, I then started the journey of dental implants, which I think the photograph shows, has been carried out very successfully. His professionalism & skills are second to none & the before & aftercare great. If this is the way forward for you, I can HIGHLY recommend Sundip & his nurses, you won’t be disappointed.
