Firstly, all the ladies on the front desk were efficient, polite and full of the Christmas spirit. A great team to welcome your customers. My dentist was very professional and put me at ease. She gave me further advice to keep my teeth in good condition.
Theodora was so welcoming and friendly and made me feel comfortable as I hadn't been to the dentist since before lockdown, not my fault!

Had my first hygiene appointment with Olga in Wellingborough. She was extremely thorough and explained everything very well to me. The nurse was also good at making me feel calm and comfortable. Will definitely be booking future hygiene appointments with her. Highly recommend.
Having had a painful tooth for two days I contacted Together Dental. An emergency appointment was given to me by helpful staff for that afternoon. The appointment was very thorough and efficient and penicillin was prescribed initially and a plan for longer term treatment put in place.
My son saw Ryan and the lovely dental nurse today. After being too scared to have the X-ray a few weeks back they were both absolutely amazing, patient and child friendly. So pleased and grateful for such a great service. Thank you
As a very nervous patient I have to say that Harj my dentist and his dental nurse Sally put me at ease immediately. They were both extremely careful with both root canal work and fitting a new crown. I could not have received better treatment had I gone private. First class practitioners in every sense. Wish there were more dentist with your kind of work ethic. Thank you. Great dental practice from the dentist to the receptionist who are your first port of call. Well done.
Absolutely diabolical! The Dentist complete filed my tooth away to put in a filling. Now they cannot get a filling to stay in! I put in a complaint THREE months ago to receive a response in writing from Natalie the practice manager ( who has now left) advising I would receive a response within 30 days. I did not . I contacted them again - they now advise it is not their problem as that Dentist has left and I will have to find out where he is and complain there! WRONG! He was employed by them when this occurred - that is why you have Insurance for such things. The filing is falling out! Got tough ! They are now refusing to even put that back in! As allegedly it is on my records I can have alternative treatment! Well they can put on anything to suit them! As for the staff. On one occasion- there was only myself waiting - chantelle was discussing and incident with another patient. She then said -"I don't have to put up with that from these kind of people I only get paid the minimum wage! The other member of staff agreed. Another occasion- only myself waiting the member of staff was discussing she got married young and talking all about that - not appropriate. I recorded all of this as it really is not professional. No customer service skills. Staff and Dentists all leaving. Even the Practice Manager. I will not be doing as your Reception staff advised. I will be reporting your practice to an outside body as you are a total disgrace. Worth NO STARS
