   This isn’t just a one-time mistake. the coffee here is always weak and watery. Every visit feels like I’m paying for hot flavoured water instead of real coffee. No improvement, no flavour, and definitely not worth coming back.

   I regularly visit here mainly the drive through. This costa is cosy, the staff are always so nice. Ive been inside a few times. And its so nice it feels relaxing. Only draw back was I have been on 2 evenings around 7.30 - 7.45 as it says its open till 9? And bit nights I went it was shut. There were other customers that arrived and also drove off. So want to remove a star for that but the staff are so nice. The hours needed amending. Had to take a few stars off recent visits have been dissapointing. The latte that I love the maple and peach one, they have got wrong more than a few times. **OPENING HOURS NEED UPDATING** They are never open in the evening until 9,. Your lucky if its 7.30.

   Cosy setting with a modern feel through TV menus and advertising. It doesn’t feel too big and overwhelming since it’s also a drive thru. Staff are vibrant, friendly and welcoming

   Costa Coffee is a great coffee chain that offers good reliable coffee across the country! In my experience, most if not all of their food is either covered behind glass or wrapped in cellophane covers. This is a massive plus point especially when compared to some other competitors that often have cakes within the area one in the queue may cough over. The seats are usually comfortable and the food is consistent and of an acceptable quality for the price paid.

   Ordered cappuccino and latte nd repeat them make them both extra hot and chocolate sprinkles on cappuccino comes out colder than normal coffee went around again on drive thru again there’s no option of a zero 0 star or I would’ve give zero

   very fast service :) went through drive thru and went from ordering to getting the drinks in only about two minutes. also they did smiley faces and labelled the drinks. drinks were scrumptious. 5 stars

   Last visited about 8 months ago and was very critical over the extremely slow service and the app that never worked for pre orders! However, visited today and it has much improved, it was very busy but from ordering to sat down with my brew in 6 minutes and it was cracking! A well made flat white. And the placed was being cleaned frequently much better job!
