Had the tastiest burger and waffle fries at the diner. Plus the halloumi was incredible. The servers were great and super helpful - even though we came in near closing time. Shout out to Ellie, Nikki, and Steve. Can't wait to come back!
Went to Ed’s with my friend while having a mooch in town. Food is to die for!!!! It’s proper American grub. The atmosphere is brilliant. Makes you feel like you’re in a diner from the film grease. 100/10
This is a great diner. The atmosphere is bright and full of energy and the music is perfect for the setting. The staff are super friendly and attentive and our food arrived quickly. We had burgers and the staff had no problem accommodating our request for a chicken burger with no mayonnaise. I'm Gluten Intolerant and the burger buns here are hands down the best I have ever tasted! My Smokey Joe burger was delicious. The food portions are also just the right size. I would happily recommend Ed's Easy Diner at Churchill Square in Brighton to anyone looking for a really good burger in a friendly and fun place.
First time here! The food was fresh and tasty, though not quite perfect for the price. Lovely atmosphere and helpful staff, a great spot in the mall!
Compliments to the chef and host Darren & Connor! My first time visiting this location and as a loyal patron of different American style diners I can say this is right up there in terms of service and quality. Attentive host Connor welcomed us and showed us to our seats as I could taste the passion and culinary skill in my bbq chicken burger prepared by Darren. Fantastic location and great value I would highly recommend!
my friends and i got milkshakes and they were so delicious and they come in a massive cup for such a good price our waitress Ellie was amazing and explained the amazing variety of milkshakes on their menu and i felt so comfortable ordering from her . i’ve been here before and had food off the menu and it’s really delicious and filling for such a good price. the diner is such a comfortable place to be and is really beautiful. will definitely be coming back

So excited to finally return to this chain. Our server Johnathan was an absolute delight and made our visit so much fun. Food arrived quickly and tasted delicious as always.
Jonathan was a fabulous waiter! Friendly, approachable and enjoyed a joke, and his product knowledge was above expectations. The restaurant itself is bright with a warm atmosphere and all of the other staff seem to be taking pride in their jobs with smiles on their faces. The food and drinks are very good value and delicious.
Despite it being a busy lunchtime, the staff there were absolutely lovely and as a solo diner I still felt a very considered customer. The food is a little bit pricey but still really nice. It came quickly and was hot and tasty. Can't fault it!
