    This has been my dentist for many years. However the last couple of time the wait has been over an hour long and last time treated another patient in between my appointment the anesthetic needed longer to work which added a further 20 minutes to our wait time. They are under staffed or booking in too many patients at the moment. Hopefully they will improve and be good again. On the positive side, the dental service eventually received was good, they were apologetic.

    Ridiculous. Every time I call no one ever answers, I stay on hold for an eternity and if they answer they hang up on me. Do not bother booking an appointment unless its an annual check up. It has been this way for a while now and no one has bothered to fix this. Don't even try get in contact through the website either, it won't work!

    ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent Care & Outstanding Expertise at Mopen Dental Care ****. **** ***** I have been registered with Mopen Dental Care for the past 16 years and have experienced both good and not-so-good moments throughout my treatments. My most recent visit involved a filling that unfortunately wasn’t done properly by a previous dentist. I raised my concern with the reception team, expressing that I was not satisfied with the outcome. Although I was initially told I would receive a call from the practice manager the next day—and did not receive one—the way the reception staff handled my follow-up visit truly made a difference. Within minutes, the two receptionists arranged an immediate appointment with a different dentist, Dr. Zia Mohammad. The professionalism, politeness, and willingness of the reception staff to help left a great impression. They genuinely listened to me and ensured my concern was taken seriously. I was then seen by Dr. Zia Mohammad, and I cannot praise his expertise enough. His approach was welcoming, reassuring, and highly skilled. He thoroughly corrected the filling and treated the cavity left by the previous procedure. His attention to detail and quality of work were truly commendable—he is without doubt one of the most expert dentists I have come across at Mopen Dental Care. I fully recommend Dr. Zia Mohammad for anyone looking for professional and trustworthy dental treatment, and I appreciate the excellent customer care shown by the reception team in resolving my issue promptly.

    Have Have been ringing the surgery for the last 3 days. Just to see if I can pick item up and every 20 minutes they hang up been trying for 3 days. Not acceptable, it would be different if we miss appointments. We get struck off, but you never answer the phone very poor.

    Efficient and friendly staff. I only had a check-up but actually enjoyed the short dialogue with the dentist, who had a very good and relaxing demeanour. Check-up extended to 9 months instead of 5; what’s not to like! Thank you, David.

    Fantastic dentist made to feel at ease immediately, visited the dentist for the first time in a while after COVID also visited the hygienist who was fantastic! She really made me feel relaxed and did a brilliant job! Took away all my worries and nerves very quickly! Highly recommend

    I attended today and have been a patient for some time but I've become increasingly dissatisfied with the generally couldn't care less and unprofessional attitudes across the board. So there are reception staff who are generally quite dismissive and don't appear to have the word 'please' in their lexicon. Do they actually receive training to deal with the general public? Doesn't look like it. But what surprised and peeved me more was the dentist who was poking around in my mouth wearing a mask which was not covering his nose and who was sniffing continuously throughout. I should have mentioned it at the time but really...is this something a professional dentist needs to be told? The prodding lasted a full 2 minutes after which I was presented with a bill for £65!! No clean up, no filling (which I needed, the previous one by the same dentist having fallen out). I took the bill to the front desk where the full amount was requested. I explained that I would only pay for treatment I had actually received. All in all a really unpleasant experience. Needless to say that will be the last time I go there.

    I was booked in with the hygienist but when I arrived I was advised it was not my normal hygienist. I did feel a little uneasy as the hygienist knows my history and my teeth are very sensitive but I was immediately put at ease with Mr Moopen and his nurse. He was very gentle and took his time to talk to me about how I could improve my dental care. Couldn’t have asked for better care
