   My son had a tooth extraction at the weekend and I just thought id mention what he said after the appointment He was a bit wary and nervous to begin with before coming along on Saturday, as a previous experience with an extraction (another dentist) wasn't the best. After the tooth extraction, he said that he enjoyed it in a way. He was also very pleased with the way in which Dr Sam (Dentist) spoke to him and re-assured him throughout the whole process. Particularly when he raised his hand after feeling a bit of pain. Dr Sam stopped and then waited for the pain to reduce. He didn't even realise the tooth had come out! As me and my partner were watching, we echo our sons sentiments. We were pleased with how professional Dr Sam and Holly (the dental nurse) were during the whole process. So thank you for making my son feel comfortable!

   As an extremely nervous patient I chose Cliftonville dentist as they were recommended to me for their caring attitude and that is exactly what they are. I’ve just had 2 wisdom teeth out, a new front crown and Amita has made me feel so relaxed and at ease. I suffer with white coat syndrome and get myself in such a state but once I’m at the dentist I’m immediately greeted with friendly faces and I’m so grateful that they have restored my trust in dentist , thank you to you all especially Amita.

   I was a nervous patient needing a tooth extraction and some long overdue dental care, a friend recommended Cliftonville Dental and I am so pleased they did. The staff are all warm and friendly and immediately made me feel at ease. My treatment was absolutely first class, Amita completely understood my anxiety and reassured me throughout, she worked at my pace and made sure I was always comfortable and the whole procedure was pain free. I highly recommend Cliftonville Dental, especially for nervous patients who may have been holding back on visiting a dentist.

   I was terrified to go to a dentist but was having pain so was booked in next day with Amita. I have seen her twice for treatment with inhaled sedation. She is amazing, she let me know everything that was happening and how it would feel and sound. She promised there would be no pain or discomfort and there wasn't. I cannot thank all the staff enough! I didn't once feel silly for my fears. I would recommend Cliftonville to anyone anxious or not!

   Three different dentists had failed to get my teeth numb with local anaesthetic. I thought that conscious sedation was the only route left. I did my research and found Dr Amita Peet had not only great reviews but also a great deal of experience with sedation. When I went for my treatment Amita took time and patience to get me numb using a mix of two local anaesthetics. My procedure took quite some time but at every stage she made sure I was totally pain free. In the end due to her superb professionalism I didn't need to have the conscious sedation. The care given to me by Dr Peet and her dental nurse Ivana was absolutely outstanding. If you have had issues with local anaesthetics failing then this is the place to come. It's not the right local anaesthetic you need it's the right dentist. A******

   I am a nervous patient when it comes to anything more than a simple dental checkup, so I asked my dentist to refer me to Cliftonville as I wanted to be sedated when having a troublesome wisdom tooth removed. The team at Cliftonville are wonderful - so friendly and polite and really helped to calm my nerves. I had my wisdom tooth removed yesterday and I don’t remember anything after the IV cannula being inserted! (Well done to Amita for getting the cannula in as I have rubbish veins!). They allowed my partner in the room as I was being sedated and as soon as they were done (10 minutes later) he came back into the room to see me. Day 2 and I have no pain, just very mild stiffness in my jaw. I highly recommend Cliftonville Dental for anyone, especially if you’re nervous patient. They don’t judge you at all, and everything is done at your pace. Thank you for making me feel so welcome & listened to! I will be returning if I need any further dental work done ☺️

   My dentist is a perfectionist, so thrilled with my new wonderful 2 x front veneers, such an improvement. I was made to feel comfortable and was checked on through my treatment.
