   3 weeks ago I have left my details in the pharmacy for a vaccination booster because no nurse in that day. The next day a called for appointment, again I've been told the nurse is not in, but she will call me the next day. Today, 3 weeks later went in pharmacy and been told I need an appointment. Explained I'm waiting for3 weeks and the nurse just lift up the shoulders and said doesn't saw my details. No trials to sort out, nothing. Totally useless. I mention that I'm a nurse too, so felt really bad to be treated like that from a colleague.

   Awful service, always keep you waiting for a long time for a prescription and the staff are always rude. Changed chemists to avoid having to go in there.

   Not in the least bit interested in helping people with general enquiries. Very rude staff member who couldn’t even be bothered to help me look for something or even give advice. Borderline a very nasty narcissistic women.

   Very friendly, efficient service for flu jab. Great to be able to book online with good availability. Lovely welcome from the volunteer who chatted while we waited. Kept to appointment times and professional practice throughout A complete contrast to the sévices we received the week before in Drayton (School Road pharmacy) when we went for Covid jabs. Will definitely book with Roundwell next year. Thank you.

   My Wife Madeleine Ward was treated with respect and kindness throughout her time having her jab where everything was explained fully what she could expect should she not feel well later. There was no need to worry as everything was done to make sure she had no problems after the injection.

   Booked my dad in for his covid booster. The nurse was very patient and understanding with my dad who has dementia. In and out very quickly, I also had my booster a few weeks earlier here and was a good experience.

   Just had my 4th Covid vaccine here and was very nervous as several of my friends had found the experience painful (elsewhere) and been really ill afterwards. I told the nurse and she was so kind and explained that this was a new vaccine that was only introduced at the pharmacy a week ago after other people's experiences. I was seen early, made to feel welcome and relaxed, it didn't hurt and so far I'm feeling fine (fingers crossed). Thanks so much.
