This review is for the new owners of Wellbeing Pharmacy, Coltishall which is under new management from the previous (Well) pharmacy. Many of the reviews on here are for the previous company. I visited today as needed migraine medication (prescribed) that had been left at home by a visitor to Coltishall. They could not have been more helpful. They looked up the patient details and arranged for an emergency prescription to be provided. Kind, courteous and very helpful . Great to have this facility in the village. Thank you.
Female pharmasist I spoke to today was so rude and patronising, and basically told me I was lying about speaking to a male pharmasist there 2 days ago (on the 9th) and wouldn't sell me the medicine the male one I spoke to said I just needed a mg level for to know what to give me, as its 'at the pharmasists descretion'. So much for trying to ease the pressures on GPs by 'using your pharmacy'.
Absolutely amazing service from Ellis at the pharmacy this afternoon, went above and beyond!! Thank you so much. Will definitely use Coltishall Well Pharmacy again ☺️
Good service with excellent, kind, caring and thoughtful staff. A bit pricey though when it comes to over the counter medications compared to other leading pharmaceutical outlets.
