   Sent to pharmacy by 111. The pharmacist complained to me that 111 had sent us there. She then processed to pick her nose during the consultation (thank goodness she didn't actually examine my children as she never used hand sanitizer or wash her hands) and didn't listen to my concerns about my children health. I am there mother and both children were not themselves.

   My prescription was late as the medication had been allowed to go out of stock. It is not one of those in short supply. With only one dose left they finally had stock but had not messaged me to say it was in. When I called in they remembered making it up in the morning but couldn't find it. Eventually another label was printed and I was given my meds. It seems my prescription was given out to the wrong patient... This means a complete stranger or of course, a neighbour now knows my name, address and a list of my repeat prescriptions and by implication the conditions they are prescribed for as they appear on the Repeat Request slip!

   Absolutely terrible. I moved from Martham to the Hemsby pharmacy because we'll ran Martham and where awful. Only for well to take over at Hemsby and now Hemsby is absolutely awful.

   Me and my dad have used this chemist since 2006 We will not use it anymore since the new owners have taken over the have lost some of the best staff that had with only Holly a good staff member remaining. That are very very slow and took them over 10 minutes to find a control drug prescription that had all ready bag up ready. They looked everywhere including the pharmacist. It took Holly to come out from the back to find it in the control drug cabinet were it should of been. Stand outside for 5 minutes and listen to the customers that have to queue outside complain
