I've just been into Starbucks in Crewe town Centre and was served by a lovely lady called Helen, I wasn't sure what to drink so she went through all the menu and her customer service was brilliant. I've been to a lot of coffee shops by far. The customer service in this shop was the best I've had.
Anna or Anya the supervisor was amazing, great experience, excellent customer service, and fantastic coffee. A couple of weeks ago I approached Anna over a member of staff that was covering for the store whom wasn't that great, but Anna was profffesional, understanding and a good attitude for turning a bad experience into a good one, my partner and I regularly come here even though we live in Congleton and we both love having a coffee here..highly recommended!!
Right so I got a mango dragonfruit refresher and it came and the cup was full to the top with ice only about 4 sips worth of drink and charged me 5.55 for a 4.95 drink not happy.
What a nice Starbucks, staff are very friendly and very nice. Food and drinks are good too.
