Toby and Chloe were amazing. 10/10 customer service so friendly. I've been here many times and I've never had service as friendly as them. Toby was so kind and friendly and Chloe was so smiley, it made my day. 10/10 baristas they deserve recognition.
Nice clean, friendly staff
The lady who took our order was arrogant to say the least. We ordered for eat in and she didnt even bothered to serve in a tray. Rest of customers were served properly. Finally I have to grab a tray myself to put my stuff in. She was annoyed when i grabbed the tray. Later asked for tissue papers and got refused. Probably the worst person i have ever seen in a Costa cafe. I would highly appriciate if management can look into cctv footage to identify the person. 19th April 2025, time 15:40
My children were gifted a voucher and wanted to spend it on our way back from a day trip. We stopped here and they chose a caramel frappe each and a tea cake to share. Service was fine- however my children were the customers and were choosing and paying they are 8 and 10- I left them to give them independence but the barrista kept looking over to me and asking me whether they want cream or for it to be heated up rather than asking my children, which would have been much better, so that was quite dissapointing for them. They were, however very happy with their choices.
Despite it being busy the service was very efficient. A great team of youngsters working well together to deliver a high standard. Well done.
Painfully slow! Every member of staff was moving at a snail’s pace with no apparent regard to get the drinks out to customers in a timely manner. They also forgot one drink of a two drink order. Not a smile between the six of the staff members, who all looked like they wanted to be elsewhere. Not good!
Friendly little Costa with regular staff, so you get used to the servers. Very pleasant to sit and enjoy a cup of their finest.
Great convenient drive through to go to at 7am while on my way to Manchester each morning. Staff excellent - drinks do vary person to person - which does need work!
I visit this Costa branch quite regularly after dropping my daughter off at her dance class. It's always very clean, the staff are friendly and the service is great. It's also very handy having the option of drive-through if you're in a hurry.
