I have called the practice 3 times today before 0900 to try and cancel an appointment for next week, but no reply. The info on the website says they are open. Is there a problem with your phone system?

Don’t be discouraged by the old one-star reviews! I joined this dental practice because my wife and kids already come here, and I couldn’t be happier. Dr. Khan is brilliant —he explains everything as hes doing it and was extremely careful to avoid any discomfort. They managed to make a deep clean and a filling a surprisingly pleasant experience :)

A great dental practice, I have been with them for many years so has my family. They were great when they were NHS and even better now private, always caring and will fit you on the day you call if they can, if you have an issue. Special mention to Gail always supportive thank you

I have been treated by both Dentist and have always found them to be very polite, extremely good at their profession and always willing to spend extra time to listen and explain if I have any questions. Without doubt 10/10

Very poor If you’re looking for a dentist who can turn a simple cleaning into a sweaty, sauna-like experience, then look no further than Dr. Khan! I was practically swimming in my chair as I tried to keep my mouth open while they poked around—I'm pretty sure I lost a pound just from sweating! And just when I thought it couldn’t get any better, they casually suggested that if I didn’t like their “unique style,” I could always visit another dentist down the road. Thanks for the reminder, Doc! I would’ve happily taken my business elsewhere, except I was too busy trying to wipe the sweat off my brow. If you enjoy saunas with a side of snarky dental care, then give Khan a call, but if you prefer to keep your dignity—and body temperature—intact, I suggest looking for a cooler option!

The worst experience I have ever had with a dentist. Having paid £600 for a crown, it was far too large and had to be filed down. I ended up with an infection. The female dentist is rude and arrogant. When I challenged her on the treatment I received, she suggested I leave the practice. which I did happily.

I queried the cost of emergency treatment I received which was dealt with by NHS Complaints Team. This was eventually resolved but when I attended my 6 monthly check up, was told I was no longer registered as a patient. When I asked why I was told it was because I’d made a complaint against them. It was a query not a complaint. I went back to the HNS Complaints Team who said they can’t remove me because I’d complained. They said they’d look into it. I’ve now heard from the Complaints Team that, according to the practice, Dr Khan wrote explaining why I’d been removed. I’ve never received a letter or any other form of direct communication from them. It’s just a lie. The only person I’ve spoken to was the receptionist who told me my appointment had been cancelled on the day I arrived for it. I have found the receptionist over the years, to be extremely rude. If she’s not looking at something on her phone, she’s talking loudly to whoever is behind reception and your basically ignored. Avoid the place. One star is being generous.

I have been visiting this dental practice for 15 years now and wouldn’t consider going elsewhere. Staff are always polite and helpful and go out of their way to accommodate. Don't pay any heed to the keyboard warriors slating the place, it is a small and friendly dental practice offering an excellent service. People who were stood on their doorsteps clapping the NHS during the pandemic seem to have very short memories!

I have been attending this dental surgery for 20+ years and have never had a bad experience, I've always been polite and the staff are very polite in return. Reception are superb and the dentists are brilliant. Anyone leaving a bad review in my opinion have already caused a problem and can't then get the service that they're demanding

Me and my two little girls was going in for a check up today. I was told by the receptionist who has always been on the blunt/rude side to wear a mask and put hand sanitiser on. I told her no we don’t have to do this. And I also had an exemption card. Then the practise manager comes down and tells me I need to put on hand sanitiser and a mask or get out!!! I told him I had an exemption card but not on me as we don’t need it. Restrictions are removed and it also says on the British Dental Association you don’t need to wear a mask. They are rude and enforce main stream fear narrative on to people who don’t agree with what’s going on and don’t want live in fear or teach children that’s how to live. Facts are all restrictions removed clearly states on website!!! They are totally wrong and shouldn’t be bullying people to do something that are not required too or don’t want to. My children was really upset. Rude and ignorant staff. Letter or compliant being sent! Disgusting!!
