Went in here for the first time on Saturday there was five of us . The service was slow had to queue for ages eventually got the two teas and then had to wait again for the three coffee. We didn't have food . The queue was back to the door. Not impressed with this cafe wouldn't be going again.

I was working the antiques market Saturday and popped in for a drink and loo break. The ladies behind the bar were so lovely! And worked like clockwork. The barista who served me was such a lovely girl and I enjoyed chatting about vintage clothing and charity shopping with her. Well done ladies your amazing and smashing it on a busy day!

Came in today and was served by a polite girl, I think her name was Chloe . When asked another girl with blonde hair in a pony tail, who was making my coffee for a straw (with my hands full ! ) she said they are on the other side of the coffee machine. When they were next to her. A lady in front of me asked for some butter, just to get it thrown on her plate. You can really tell she was not bothered and didn't want to be there. Just like majority of the other staff. This place is is unwelcoming, nevermind the awful decor choices.

Reviewing the new place in the square. All the charm of a 1970s works canteen. Too big, very bright (why ?) Austere, no sumptuous sofas, lots of hard surfaces. I had a bacon roll which was ok. Packed in plastic (like most of the food here) then microwaved on a plate. Two rashers inside, unlike the screen poster which must have about eight ? Bacon roll £4:19 which is pricey for what I got. Coffee reasonable. A big cup for a flat white, the only size for this (as normal) being small (!). Won't bother again unless I have to. Long live the independent cafés.

Nice venue, set back from main areas and shops, staff were well organised, would recommend.

This was a christmas present off our son, we stayed on valentines day. It was a wonderful stay, staff were amazing, food was amazing the spa was excellent. Lovely hall with lovely grounds. Will definitely return, hopefully in the summer when the grounds are more accessible. Could not fault this place.

Service was fine. Seating area is starting to look it's age, and should be considered for a refurbishment, particularly the tables. Other Costas look more welcoming.

Absolutely wonderful & definitely the best coffee in town. From my totally unbiased position as the father of one of their batista's.

Excellent coffee, nice and friendly staff with smiling faces, plenty of seats and tables. Busy on Market day mornings and Saturday. Car parking nearby (small payable parking) Quite in later afternoons, after about 4pm and onwards. Good for just coffee or meetings with friends or business. There are lots of coffee shops in Nantwich (although no starbucks!) however this is my number one favourite coffee shop in Nantwich. Gets my top recommendation. Highly recommended.
