   Normally I don’t leave negative reviews but I really had a bad experience with this company and my solicitor was Caesar .I used them to buy a house and they didn’t send me the the title register even after 6 months of completion I’ve had to call Hm Land Registry office many times to find out that they’re enquires not been replied and they couldn’t care less so the house was not registered in my name.I’ve had to call and email the firm many times to get this done(took another 3 months )And then at the time of sale just found out they haven’t transferred the who land on my name due to their mistakes at filling up the forms at the time of purchase .then for the next couple of months I was emailing and calling the seller which was a company and their solicitors and Peter Lynn’s solicitor(only 1 call was returned by Caesar for every 5/8 calls, same for the emails so the communication was extremely slow ) to get this done ,the dealing experience with Peter Lynn wasted exactly 1 year of my precious life time .

   I had a case of purchasing and selling with Peter Lynn, and initially didn’t have a great experience, however my lawyer left, and my case was picked up by Hannah Mitchell. Hannah is fab. She was reliable, informative, responsive and kind. Friendly, always helpful and reachable, she is an asset to the company. I didn’t have to chase her for anything, she always did what she said she would do and she explained everything perfectly, including spending time talking to my grandparents about what they needed to do to provide evidence of a gift. She also has a good sense of humour! You wouldn’t have known she was new into the company - she did a brilliant job and I would recommend her and work with her again 100%.

   Do not use for conveyancing unless you are happy to wait six months to sell your house to a cash buyer with no chain. I am writing this on what should have been the completion day. Yesterday at 3pm they cancelled the completion because they forgot to get the completion documents signed. They supplied incomplete Fixtures and Fittings & Property Information Forms (only supplied the odd page numbers) and I had to wait two months for the complete versions. They do not answer emails. Avoid at all costs. Incompetent at best! Words fail me.
