   Used this company to help with claiming for Attendance Allowance. The DWP claim form is 32 pages long and not always easy to understand! My claim was successful and worth the fee. Very professional, excellent service. Recommended.

   Didn't know I could claim this. Saw an ad on FaceBook for this company and rang them. Nice man interviewed me for about 30 minutes then the application arrived 2 days later. Signed it, because it was all true, and sent it off. 3 weeks later got a letter from DWP to say I am entitled to it. Yes I could have filled the form in myself but apparently 40% of claims fail because the form isn't filled in properly. Also wouldn't have been submitted as quickly if I'd have done it I suspect. So yes it cost me £600 but that's only 5 weeks of benefits. I think it was worth every penny.

   I was very happy to receive a telephone chat discussing my issues with the result of getting my Attendance Allowance! The person I was talking to was very patient, understanding and even brought to light issues I might not have mentioned as it has become part of my daily living with difficulties that I had taken for granted.    Just been successful in applying for Attendance Allowance thanks to this company. 5 stars all round, very good experience. I had .tried to fill the form in on line 3 times and had to give up as it was so complicated. I contacted Jonathan Owens by their online contact form, within 2 days a lady got in touch and explained their fees and the procedure, all straight forward. She completed the form within 30 minutes and that was that. Two weeks later I received my first payment, a week later I received a letter from DWP saying I had been successful with my application. I am very grateful to this company for their help and professionalism with this matter. I personally think its good value for money. Thank you.
