Recommended through both parents matter. Really poor communication β€” solicitor I was dealing with left and no response from the replacement solicitor despite several attempts over weeks. I had to chase at every stage. No contact for six months, then delays were blamed on a legal aid data breach when I followed up. My ex-partner was repeatedly referred to as β€˜Andrew’ in emails, though his name is Anthony. It felt like the case was forgotten. Would not recommend. Ps β€” if you want a prompt response, try leaving a negative review; that seems to get their attention

Was on the receiving end of this companies unprofessional approach to law and they did nothing but exploit the monies available through the "legal aid" system. They sent email after email of useless threats, using scare tactics that had very little bearing on any of the realities of the case in hand. The litigation misconduct was that of which any professional should be embarrassed of. Taking a case to court and having to tell lies to attempt to win. Needless to say, they lost. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

I received a great service from RLE Law, Victoria Jones went above and beyond on many occasions. I felt supported and could always pick up the phone to discuss issues or questions during my family court proceedings. I left court, following a final hearing yesterday, with the best possible outcome and I am overjoyed! I would not use another law firm and cannot recommend Victoria enough.

Poor communication, apathy and slow action seem to be a recurring theme through these reviews and I can't say I am the least bit shocked. The vendor of the property I am supposed to be purchasing is using RLE Law which has been unfortunate for both parties. I am a first time buyer and there is no chain and property has been vacant for months so you would think this would be a relatively quick process. Think again! They have had the rest of the vendor's documents and answers to my queries since early January. My solicitors have been proactive with chasing these up and had little to no response. We thought they may make the case more of a priority once they were aware that I have had a no fault eviction and am currently homeless. That's right I am now homeless and still there is no sense of urgency. I have had to stay with my mum a 2 hour drive away from my job in Cardiff, and can't even plan temporary accommodation as the communication has been non-existent! The vendor, who is a very kind man and needs this process completed as much as I do, lodged a complaint approximately 3 weeks ago. All that has happened since then is one email from Kathryn to say they are reviewing the files and will revert 'shortly' which was last Tuesday, the estate agent notified them that I need to be in on 16th March and still no word from them. She has conveniently been unavailable to take my solicitor's calls or reply to their emails to check progress, and she is meant to be Head of Conveyancing... They are a pitiful excuse for conveyancing law and should be avoided at all costs!

Beverly has been great help for my first home purchase. Although I didn’t go ahead with the sale, due to the developers, Beverly helped chase and action a lot of the issues promptly. This really helped with stress levels of purchasing my first home. Thank you for your help!

Beverly Cooke is a solicitor in a million, she dealt with our conveyancing house sale and her attention to detail, her professionalism and sincerity in ensuring you receive a personal stress free service is more than a credit to her employers but also to her. If there was solicitor of the year, Beverly would win hands down Maureen Wah

Please pay slightly more and go to another solicitors. It was a shambles the entire time they dealt with my matter. Non-existent communication was the least of my worries. They were completely unfamiliar with my file every time I spoke to them. I communicated the same information to them time and time again, just one example - "I do no have an estate agents involved", I must have told them 10 times (not exaggerating). It really knocks your confidence in them. I sold my house to my tenant, no chain either side - it took seven months. YES SEVEN MONTHS. Whilst I don't believe this delay is solely RLE's fault, I dont think they actioned anything or chased anything to help the situation. I have asked for a copy of my file and for a copy of their complaints procedure but I am still waiting for them to action this. I won't be holding my breath. Please avoid at all costs.

I have been nothing but impressed with the service provided by Beverly Cooke. Firstly, she was not the original fee earner and picked this file up over 6 months into the process. Conveyancing is hard enough at the moment, let alone picking up a complex file part way through. She has had a calming manner throughout, always available to speak to, always responds to emails swiftly and has often gone above and beyond with out of hours/weekend emails of reassurance. I am always a little wary of solicitors that are not local/recommended by IFA's but I must admit that Beverly has reinstated my faith. She is a huge asset to RLE Law and I would not fail to recommend her/use her again. She has worked tirelessly to keep everyone updated, often late into the night, which really is going above and beyond. Thanks Beverly!

Would 100% recommend RLE Law. They always act with professionalism and kindness in all communication, are very very responsive and easily contactable. In my experience (and I am sure with others) they have always been honest, if I have been unable to get in touch because the solicitor was busy, they have always got back in touch, and within the time frames promised. They are very friendly and always have time to speak once you have got in touch. Always happy to answer any questions even if you have asked it more than once and they made me feel I could really trust that they had my best interests, instead of just another statistic. Even once the case they were handling had concluded I was able to then call them randomly for another matter just for a small bit of advice and without hesitation the solicitor was happy to provide me with the information needed without the normal rhetoric such as ''you need to book a consultation'' etc etc. I will definitely be using RLE LAW should any further matters arise and again, I highly recommend that you use their service.
