While I love this place, as the staff are lovely as is the coffee, I have to comment on the toilet. It's absolutely disgusting, the hand basin is a health hazard! The plug hole is dangerous, it needs a total refurb, c'mon bosses, clean it up....please
I visit at least once a week , the staff do their best to help, sometimes working under pressure. There are times when we have cleared our table to sit down, it’s almost like the team don’t clear until there’s a few tables needing clearing? Great coffee depending who serves you the service is quicker than others
Before my experience at Buxton, I was a fan of Caffè Nero, but this one was awful. The place was completely dirty; all the tables were sticky, the cutlery was clearly unclean, and the toilet experience was one to forget. I’m never visiting again. Highly disappointed, and management should really keep an eye on this place, it’s disgusting.

Staff were slagging off ex-staff members. Not being quiet about it at all. Floor manager or head barista, unsure of her position, was being incredibly disrespectful about previous employee’s, calling them names. She also rolled her eyes because we came in an hour before closing time. Rushed our drinks too. Store is very unclean, tables and floors were filthy and the bathroom was disgusting. Used to be a great cafe with friendly staff, now it’s run by people who think the highlight of the day is degrading others who left to find better jobs. Will never be coming back.
A beautiful little place opposite the springs shopping centre on Market street ! Enjoy a stroll in the park do your shopping sit on the tables outside do a bit of people watching & enjoy it’s unique coffee taste which I would say is very strong with a bitter after taste which we Italians love ! Why 4 stars it could of been little hotter temperature was out ! Staff are fantastic & helpful & told me everything about app !
A tad noisy when we went in but the heavens had just opened and it got very busy very quickly with folk getting in out of the rain. Kept clean with a nice variety of seating and made very welcome by the staff.
