Rebecca and her team supported me through the purchase on my first property. An insanely stressful time was made easier by their hard work and diligence and support in dealing with the help-to-buy scheme people. Seriously bad, lack of respect for clients, they don’t care, so unprofessional indeed, don’t return calls, don’t defend you or fight for your case. I am now in process of removing my family case to another firm, after requesting another solicitor again don’t return calls. I think they are unprofessional rude and work load is obviously ruining your chances of getting someone with “drive” to stand up against social services that have abused there authority. This firm of solicitors are really bad and I’m sick of being let down and now will lose my children because they haven’t any standards of sticking up for their clients constantly being let down... (RIDICULOUS) Stay away they only interested in money, not interested in you or your case. I am so angry with them it’s unreal. Asked for a senior partner to ring me back just shoved it to another solicitor again can’t be bothered to return calls. Utter joke. Take your chances and represent yourself you have a better chance than using a loser firm like this. I have suffered badly by the hands of this firm
Although initially appeared good for our conveyancing, on the day of completion there were multiple problems that needed to be chased by cjch but our solicitor was uncontactable until 4pm resulting in a delay until the next day for completion- costing us a further £800. Total nightmare. Will not be using them again for anything!
Not being a client and with request I had regarding my nans will. I really was nervous and wasnt sure what to expect but was more than helpful friendly considerate and kind. Put me at ease instantly and was very polite efficient in helping me. Recommend? Definitely if I could rate more stars I would. Thankyou so much!!
