   My second visit - after Haughmond Hill parkrun. Energy stores in need of replenishment. Mission accomplished. A traditional breakfast cafe. Ticks all the boxes. I'll be back.

   We stopped for breakfast on the way home from trike (motorbike) rally at Ellerdine. Staff were very friendly and efficient. We ordered a full English cooked breakfast for my husband (sausages, egg, bacon, beans, toast, tea - he refused the tomatoes) which he said was very good, nicely cooked and appetising; and cheese on toast, which was lovely. The bread was cut from a fresh loaf and there was a good amount of cheese without being sickly. The breakfasts arrived quickly and were piping hot. The cafe was basic, but clean and comfortable, and the food reasonably priced. Obviously a good place for bikers to meet on a rideout. Will definitely be returning.

   To say I’m disappointed is an understatement. Waiting almost an hour for a basic sandwich and a breakfast is shocking! When it came to opening our food, there were things missing, service was poor and multiple people coming in before us saying things where missing and wrong from there order. Such a shame because it use to be really nice food and amazing service!

   Nice little cafe with pleanty of seating. We'll lit with a good car park. Large breakfast is £6.60 includes tea or instant coffee. For the healthy choice there are baked potatoes too.
