   Dross for the hapless end user (flat seller in my case). I see zero benefit and several problems in being forced to use this software. I've spent 2 weeks back & forth trying to get logged in, with the same email address as my estate agent has for me. No joy yet. Allegedly this software is secure but this is a highly suspect statement and certainly unproven (third party audit ?). I await with dread the inevitable "Sorry but..." complete with "Your security is our top priority" as a result of some hackers at work. Probably I'm wasting my time and I may sign up with another estate agent.

   I have worked in conveyancing for 28 years, this is the best case management and quote system I have had the pleasure of using, up to date, self explanatory, user friendly. any stamp duty, land registry updates on forms prices etc, Hoowla is immediately updated with the information together with any pricing change for your use. I experienced the usual teething problems when starting up but once everything was tailored to our needs it ran fantastically, Tom was fantastic, helpful and calm even in our most frustrated moods. Highly recommend for Conveyancing.

   Not user friendly at all and just adds stress to the already stressful buying and selling process. Utterly pointless investment for estate agents in our experience. Receiving messages like: 'I have not been able to get through to the seller's solicitor, therefore emailed to see if they have issued the draft contract pack to the buyer's solicitor.' and being phoned three times to ask 'can you move in by Xmas' when it's November and we've not even had a survey. This 'thing' / software, whatever its purpose, seems to add to and not reduce the arduous process. I'd rather solicitors spoke to each other so we're legally covered in what is a very expensive time.

   Couldn't ask for a better support team! Tom, Dan and Fabio are my go to people, but everyone in the team is always so helpful, and at the end of a phone call or an email - friendly, knowledgeable and always happy to run through things and step in when needed. Great platform too :)

   First solicitor wasn't on NatWest Bank list and I waste money and 4 weeks. The second solicitor from this platform is not able to complete the paperwork for 1 bedroom flat from more than 6 months. Waste of time and money.

   I faced an issue where I lost two files on a case and I emailed Hoowla support. The matter was attended to within the day and Fabio recovered my documents and informed me of it the moment he did. Thank you Fabio, with the sheer volume of work we deal with, it's reassuring to know we can rely on a robust system with active customer support when we need it the most. Five stars!

   Setting up a new system can always be little daunting but with the help of the team particularly Ross I don't think the process could have been any less stressful. Calls and emails are always responded to and all enquiries are dealt with in a timely and professional manner. Nothing has ever been too much trouble. The System is also one of the best I have worked with so far. It can be tailored to almost every preference. Fantastic team and system to work with.
