   Wow what an experience!! 10 TVs and a projector! 18 pool tables 6 snooker tables and 10 dart boards. Fantastic atmosphere and great service (Perry was awsome!) Will definitely go back during these cold, wet winter months!

   Shani is always very polite when we come in on a Tuesday to play snooker for 1.5 hours on table 5, always very accommodating and efficient. Always smiling and providing the best service we could ask for during our time at Riley’s, it is always a pleasure coming in as we know we will receive the best hospitality.

   Had a fantastic experience at Riley’s pool table place in Norwich, all thanks to Jess and Connor! They were both incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming from the moment we walked in. Jess made sure everything ran smoothly and Connor was great at answering questions and making g&t’s. It’s clear they really care about providing a great customer experience. Would definitely recommend — lovely people and a great atmosphere!

   Went there Monday for the first time this week and found the staff terrible. The staff member turned-up and I asked if she could wait whilst my colleague came back from the toilet, as we'd been waiting 15-miutes whilst she finished her phone-call and nature had called. I was abruptly informed I need to be quick as she'd informed the caller she would only be 30-seconds, so £27 down, get to the table and there's posters informing you of deals we would have accepted if offered. Bizarre.

   Good pool tables at a good price to use. Friendly staff and decent slection in drinks. Live sports on the TV. Enjoy it here just don't like the quality of the toilets they aren't that great. But apart from that I do like it here.

   As a frequenter here, I can give you my experience. The service is great, the drinks are of good quality, and the main reason I come here, the English pool tables, are well looked after. Same goes for the snooker tables and the American pool tables, dartboards and the table tennis table. I always have a good time here, whether I'm playing pool, watching the sports on the big screen, or taking part in other games here. It's the people that make the place.
