   Beautiful place but none of the staff seem to have a clue what is happening. One girl said she was new, not sure why nobody else answered our questions? Bottomless brunch is... not Bottomless. Service is slow and food portions are abysmal. Like very very tiny. Barely a snack don't expect an actual meal. Thought it would be ok anyway as we paid for 2 courses but there are NO OPTIONS for vegan or gluten free people- which we were NOT informed of until it was time to pay and leave (pre booking we were told we would have something to eat. On arrival again we were told we would be brought something out). Asked for a reduction on the bill and was reduced by £5 for one person.

   Bottomless Brunch was awful . The food was cold & hard and minimal . Drinks were lovely but it was not bottomless …we had 3 cocktails and a bottle of Prosecco between 11 . I had to complain to get a 4th drink . The most outstanding thing was the rudeness of a member of staff ..stropping off , slamming her drink down on 2 occasions because we dared to question anything . The waitresses were very nice & the managers were polite and friendly . I have since complained but no manager ever contacted me back . It’s a shame as I had high hopes for this place . But they seem to not be able to handle complaints and are ok with that rude staff member being the face of their place ? If you run a business the first thing you do is reply to complaints or people take to social media . Do not waste your money like we did .

   Bottomless is a joke. Had to keep asking to get a drink took over 15 minutes for everyone to get the first round completed. Food menu completely different to the one offered when booking. Very rude and unhelpful bar manger if that is what she was! The only positive thing to offer was the bar boy/ waiter server Jack was lovely. He needs to get a job where he is appreciated. Food served was completely different to the offered revised menu. Since when would a vegan want a poached egg on avocado bread! Good job she was a vegetarian! Include all sauces and ingredients on the menu to allow customers to choose if they like them. I hate horseradish and it was spread on bread disguised as toast under a field of Rocket.

   I pre-booked Bond No.28 three months ago for a group booking after reading the reviews. Unfortunately I didn't have the best experience. I was initially shared images of the area I had pre-booked which looked great, and I also asked to pre-order some bubbly as a surprise for the guests I was with. Whilst email communication was okay to begin with, I then had to follow up with a call 4 times to double check my booking was definitely confirmed and to ask to pay for the pre-ordered bubbly. When arriving on the evening, we were shown to a high table in the middle of the bar, with about 5 chairs, not ideal for a group of 13! I had to show the email and images I had been sent in advance to the team and they then agreed to move those that were sat in our area and allow us to sit there. Not the most ideal situation particularly after booking so far in advance and having to call up numerous times beforehand to double check everything was okay.

   OMG this place is absolutely amazing. Very,very clean and spacious. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Cocktails are a must.price a little over than others but would definitely give it a visit. Am giving it another visit very soon. Relaxing atmosphere and courtyard is spacious and clean.A little hidden gem from the norm.

   First time here and went downstairs to the whisky & rum bar with friends after a wedding reception. Very relaxed vibe and the bartender was top notch. Would happily return next time I'm in the city centre.
