A real drinkers pub no food no coffee good bear, Theakestons Old Peculiar is a particular favourite when we visited last week. Bigger than you think pop I and have a pint!
Stayed in Leek for a few nights and tried some of the local pubs. This is a decent pub, good beer, and prices aren't too bad either! Would definitely come back and sink a few more, next time I'm in Leek!

Friendly welcome & real ales on tap. Sports Bar area with large screens to watch 'The Game'. If that puts you off, don't let it! This area is up a few steps in another room. So the bar/lounge & beer garden have a homely atmosphere.
