   The good the chips was homemade very nice, price was very good & the beef was nice plus lots of it But sadly the bad outweighs the good Over a hour wait on the food after getting told 20 mins, the roast potatoes soggy think was reheated , the veg listed on the roast didn’t come as stated nothing honey roasted and a raw mushroom & generally unorganised throughout other costumers showing people to there table, sending food out the wrong table & people waiting 15 mins for collection

   We had hanging kebabs - halloumi and chicken. They were both very tasty, filling and reasonably priced. The chips were especially Good and the coleslaw was homemade which was appreciated. Only slight quibbles - pitta bread was not warm and we both had one raw mushroom each. It was very quiet and we were the only customers eating. However, we would return for this meal.

   Food was lovely, best chips ever. Staff are great, very friendly, make up for a lack of warmth in there. Lovely place but could do with a revamp, felt a bit like a working mens club. Always seems busy though and garden area looks nice. The view will be fantastic in the summer.

   After my favourite restaurant closed down for good a while back I was really disappointed to find no decent alternatives serving Mexcian food anywhere in the area, so I was delighted to try what Rob had to offer at the Powys Arms. I ordered last Friday and we ordered two enchiladas with some fries on the side, and a couple of cheesecakes. All I can it was some of the best food I have tried in a very long time! The food was really well packed, still hot when i got home, and was to die for :) Chicken was cooked just right with the enchiladas and the sauce it came with was really lovely and flavorful without being too spicy. The Kinder Bueno cheesecakes rounded things off nicely although with the portion sizes i struggled to finish mine! It tasted just as good as any of the best Mexican food i have ever tried, and left me craving for my next order already! The prices were also fantastic too, wouldn't hesitate about going back :)
