The guy who served us on Tuesday night (the 28th) was absolutely terrible. His hospitality was awful, he was very rude, showed zero professionalism, and made the entire experience completely unpleasant for me and my friends

I do not recommend this place. Drinks are pretty expensive, the staff is full of drama, and the management is pretty racist…. I attended this place, because i was in town for a few days, but my experience in this place ended up ruining my entire time in Stoke. Also its pretty dangerous. I was assaulted at this place. I consulted with management about being attacked, but instead of the management listening to my version, i was thrown out. Wait what?!? I was assaulted by a stranger then i had to leave?!? The worse experience in my life! I will never ever ever ever go back there…. Here is a picture of the mean racist manager who kicked me out….
It was OK here the staff was mostly on phones and talking to who I would presume are regulars which is fair but get off your phone during work is not great to see at all really when I did get served I got my drinks quite quickly the atmosphere well depends what's on the big screen
Was visiting Stoke for a family occasion and popped in here to see if I could watch the six nations (rugby) the barmade was very polite amd happy to put it on one of there many teles, great pub with great staff and a great atmosphere
Busy,very loud, glasses everywhere,I went to use the disabled toilet there was no seat,water all-over the floor, look's like everyone was using it,like myself im disabled and the toilets are upstairs so that's a no go for me so a really disappointed

Nice enough place but the locals are rough and frequent chav activity there got threatened with a knife. Its got 2 stars cus it looks like a nice place but in the middle of hanley the local pop make it not worth my time, just not worth the hassle.
Feet sticking to the floor buy the bar all the way along , same with the table we were on, the place would be alot better if it had a good clean.
Decent amount of seating with multiple TVs to see different programmes such as sporting events. Drinks reasonable. Only gripe is the amount of smokers that gather by the doorway making it difficult to enter.May be a porch of some kind for shelter may be of use.
