Staff super helpful, completed my order then went through my list as not to miss anything then went through the receipt to check everything I paid for was bagged ready for me. Can't fault the service.
Unfortunately on this occasion the owner did not have the parts we required, but did point us to another motor factor who could help. He did say if we did not get our parts he could have them for later in the day.
Great service I use them all the time. never had a problem they couldn't solve.

Extremely rude! Rang for a quote guy couldn’t here the reg I provided several times. Said I am going to say I haven’t got them and slammed the phone down. I will take my business somewhere else. Disgusting customer service.
Very helpful and friendly. Helped me out of a jam when I needed a new battery for a motorhome, even suggested I might want to go somewhere else that was closer to where I'd broke down thus losing him business! Made the trip and the battery and tools were waiting for me. Very reasonable prices too. Reccomended.
