   Called yesterday to place an order for collection at Stoke branch today. Collected the order then when home found I had paid more than the price on their web site, only £6 on a £120 order but out of curiosity I thought I would call them. Called, the operator could not see why I had paid more but the manager was on lunch would call me back, he did and informed me this was because I had called and had the parts put to one side “but at least you will know for next time”. Counter staff were very helpful looking for parts I need next week for another car. After finding my parts a further 10% cheaper elsewhere needless to say there won’t be a next time. Could have been so much easier to say when you call in next week we will knock £6 off you your order.

   Was forced to wait 25 minutes whilst the only staff member serving customers was busy dealing with another customer. Meanwhile I could see 3 staff out back who easily could have helped me.
