    The products themselves are good. However, estimated delivery times for items that are not in stock are often inaccurate—off by weeks or even months. Customer support is very slow; responses through the “chat” feature can take several days. Discount codes also frequently fail to work, and resolving the issue requires contacting support, which again takes days. As a result, it took me over a week to place a very basic order.

    Have used Tegiwa a few times now for genuine Honda parts for my FK8. On each and every occasion they have not failed to disappoint regardless of the size of order and price paid. Communication is excellent and they always go out of their way to ensure the customer is happy and satisfied. I use other Honda retailers but I think I have now found my permanent parts store for all my Honda parts in Tegiwa. Haribo sweets & air fresheners are a nice touch…well done team Tegiwa.

    Purchased a milltek exhaust via the tegiwa website. I also opted for installation , I got a call a couple of days later from tegiwa giving me the date and details of the garage all excellent and efficient. On the day of the installation the garage noticed a damaged component and an incorrect component also the garage suggested I needed a valve delete kit. This problem was caused by the manufacturers warehouse fancy having a fantastic product then allowing your warehouse operations to ruin the experience. Anyway tegiwa were amazing they sent a chap to visit milltek and collect all the parts I needed this was a two hour round trip . Thank you for saving the day Tegiwa and fiesta man :-)

    Always used tegiwa for my honda parts and it’s always spot on. But the only thing that annoys me with them is if you buy 10 items for example, and one item isn’t in stock for 2-3 weeks, they will hold your order till that part arrives. So if you’re desperate for the parts you’re stuck. Be good if they reached out to you after you placed your ordered to arrange 2 parcels, etc

    Extremely poor aftersales! God forbid you have an issue with a product you've purchased from these guys, because you won't get a replacement part for over a month! So just make sure your car is comfortable on axle stands if you buy from here. Honestly don't know how these guys run this business with no management or customer service.
