   The roof racks this company sells are a complete disaster. The connections between the bars and the brackets are made of plastic, and after installation, everything is loose, shifts, and wobbles. The fixings themselves, which connect to the roof rail, are not stable. When tightening the screws, they reach the point where they rotate completely, and everything is still completely loose. It's scary to install anything on this piece of junk, especially a roof box. I contacted them on eBay for a return after three weeks of purchase, but I didn't initiate the return process through eBay itself. They took advantage of the fact that the website closed the return due to the late start of the return process (I was on vacation and couldn't do it within 30 days). Even though they knew I wanted to return the item, they blocked the ability to leave a review. That's not an option here, so I'm sharing my experience with this company to warn others against these scammers who sell faulty equipment and try to make money on blocking the return. DISGUSTING!

   Great service great customer care. I would of given 5* I didn't cause of the long time it took to arrive but please don't let it put you off. As there is express delivery. The description on website for products was brilliant maybe getting the photos up to date would be spot on. But I promise you will not be disappointed by an order from this company.    I ordered a rear bumper guard off ebay, item did not fit vehicle, the picture in advert and description did not reflect the product received, this company have a duty of care to customers that the advertising of their products and fitment reflect the product being sold after days of correspondence with the company they made 50% reduction in the refund I asked them to give a written breakdown of how they arrived at a 50% reduction, proof of alleged damage and proof that any damage was done before them receiving the return and nothing was forthcoming from the company. I had to obtain a full refund via ebay intervening please read reviews of this company carefully many reviews saying items do not fit and poor customer service Disgraceful company to deal with avoid at all cost .

   I ordered a set of roof rails for our car. They arrived and it was obvious that there was an issue with two end caps. I contacted the company and they identified the issue straight away. It was a manufacturing problem They sent me upgraded parts which fitted perfectly. Really happy with the product and this companies customer / after care service. I I have used this company before and have always been impressed with them.

   Used them 4 times now for trims for Nissan, Ive brought some awful products over the years on other sites that promise 3M tape and high quality etc but all have been trash. All of my orders from these guys have been outstanding, the quality of the parts are easily as good as factory Nissan and better, you get proper primer and top of the line auto adhesive tape as well, very high quality machined trims, delivery is free and all 4 times it arrived next day on 24hr! great prices as well! outstanding. 10/10
