I want to give a huge thanks to a kind stranger who truly went above and beyond. While traveling from Leicester to Edinburgh, my car broke down just two blocks away from First Choice Autocentre, Stoke-on-Trent. I didn’t even know him; offered me his tool to fix my flat tire. Mark and his team are the best! Honest and transparent, had full service, MOT and non biased opinion on front tyres which we had fitted to the Dacia. Great communications from them and have recommended this garage several times.
Went in after going elsewhere and the issue wasn't fixed, went to First Choice to get my tyre checked as it kept going down and my warning light kept coming on. Was advised that the tyre itself was fine and they checked and resealed it for me anyway, explained what the issues were and because I had been to someone else didn't charge, as my husband had been there and had previous work done by them. Incredibly professional and down to earth staff.
Been going to First choice auto centre for a number of years now and I would always recommend them to everyone. I have used this garage many times , and always get great customer service and satisfaction, I have shown up many times without appointments and mark and his guys have been snowed under with work and have still managed to fit me in , they never rip me off and prices are always reasonable and low , on a few occasions mark has done odd jobs for me free of charge . They go above and beyond to help and it’s always service with a smile I highly recommend for mot and general maintenance and tyres you won’t find a better garage that gets the work done quickly and at low cost ….
